Hello World, Welcome to my new blog

Who does not love kids, they are the most precious gift, prime example of perfection, and clearly an accurate definition of pure; unconditional love.Though kids are innocent but from the very start,there is that small streak of steel within each child.


The role of parents is always crucial in every kids life,we know parents can only give good advice or put them on the right paths, but the final forming of a person's character lies in their own hands.One thing which i believe that every parents should give to their kids during their upbringing phase is the knowledge about nutrition and exercises,There is a famous quote that"your child will follow your example not your advice"I know it takes lot of effort to be a healthy role model for your kid but who doesn't want their kid to be smart, fit and healthy.

FITNESS AND NUTRITION FOR KIDS

(Let me explain this with The Negative and Positive points)

The Negative

Kids should be active,smart and fast during their growing phase and if you don't find these qualities in your kid then please take it seriously because this is the most important phase.

Have you ever noticed kids with 

Bad body posture
Obesity problem
Specks at young age
laziness and weakness.





The above pic is the perfect example how this graph is increasing everyday.This might  be heredity but not always,Sometimes this is caused due to lack to proper nutrition(unhealthy eating habits,Adding more junk to their diet) and physical activities(Technology has completely changed the generation ,In today's world kids avoid physical activities because they are more attracted towards video games,computers and networking sites).

THE POSITIVE


Happy healthy parents make happy healthy children


Keeping fit improves your body and your mind. If your kids are fit they have more energy and can concentrate better on their school work.School is where children spend most of their time, and it is where we lay the foundation for healthy habits.I will like to share few things which parents can add to their kids schedule which will help them to stay fit and  healthy forever.

Nutrition 

I know its quite hard to feed kids with 100% healthy food because somehow they are not going to eat that,When i was a kid i use to eat a lot of unhealthy food because it was hard to control unhealthy craving at that age but parents can feed their kids with food which looks attractive as well as it has health benefits.


Eating the Rainbow


1-Add more colors to their plate with more vegetables and fruits .
2-Get them healthy school lunch(please avoid artificial sweeteners,cookies,chips,burgers and all junk crap).
3-Add dairy products- (For growing children and teens, getting enough calcium is crucial to building bone mass).
4-Water(Kids avoid water a lot ,make sure you teach them the health benefits of water)
5-Do not force them to eat everything healthy ,sometime its good to eat crap when you are a kid but make sure it doesn't become a habit.


Physical Fitness

1.Kids should participate more in sports ( Technology is good but don't allow it to steal their childhood )
2.Cycling(The best exercise for kids during their growing phase)
3 Swimming(swimming is a way to keep cool while encouraging a healthy level of physical and social activity)
4 .Encourage your kids to follow their passion,Don't ever demotivate them if they choose passion over studies ,because you never know they can be future star)
